the location is very convenient. buckingham palace is within easy walking distance. i also found it easy to walk to oxford street. the breakfast had a nice selection of items (especially the pastries). the staff provided good assistance.

the tv in my room did not work for the duration of my stay.

The suite upgrade provided ample space for relaxation. The daily restocked water bottles were indeed helpful. The presence of a washer and dryer combo, with a full kitchen, added convenience! The staff was very personable.

The lift wait times could occasionally be a bit longer.

polite staff perfect suite convenient location central location

the staff was really polite and always ready to assist. the suite had everything i needed for a relaxed trip. the location was also very convenient. exploring nearby attractions was easy because of the central location

the breakfast area felt a little crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to find a quiet spot
